Welcome - I’m Erica Hernandez!

I am a life and leadership coach who holds space for womxn of color, mothers, and nonprofit leaders. I work with those who want to feel more authentic and fulfilled as they navigate the complexities of their personal and professional lives.

La Aurora is the name of my grandfather’s bookstore where he held space for his community to come together for love and liberation. My practice honors and carries on his legacy.
